The fees for the conference and workshops will be as follows:

Conference

Regular rates (from March 1, 2019)

  • Regular: 250 EUR
  • Member of supporting organization and students (proof will be required): 200 EUR

Early bird registration (before March 1, 2019)

  • Regular: 200 EUR
  • Member of supporting organization and students (proof will be required): 175 EUR

The fees include conference participation, book of abstracts, reception at City Hall (for the first 250 registered participants), lunches and fika (coffee breaks) for two days.

 

Pre-conference workshops

  • 1 workshop: 40 EUR
  • 2 workshops: 70 EUR

Student rates (proof will be required)

  • 1 workshop: 30 EUR
  • 2 workshops: 50 EUR
